THE MAVERICK's vast adjustment possibilities make it perfect for any type of current production. Controls the levels of the pedals, sustain, and sounds of the strings and hammers. Adjust the timbre with the Color control. Use the Dynamic control to change the dynamic range. The Lid control adjusts the brightness of the sound. And with the built-in effects you can fine-tune the sound without leaving the interface.
THE MAVERICK has no less than 2,500 individual samples and 18 velocity zones, making each note sound with incredible realism. As with the rest of the DEFINITIVE PIANOS, additional samples of harmonics and resonance have been used for each piano to express its natural vibrations. Even the sound of the keys being released has been sampled, with nine layers of velocity.
